Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Partner to lead people actions across engineering and digital technologies teams. You will supervise seven Employee Partners across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and engage with executives, senior leaders while working closely with business partners and HR leaders across teams.

Ideal candidates will have 10–12 years of HR Partner experience, and a master's degree in HR management or related field, with a strong focus on people strategy and change

Qualifications

• 10-12 Experience as an HR Partner is a must.
• Preferable: Masters in HR management/ Personnel Relations
