Job summary

Mitigata is hiring an Associate Director – Security Services Solutioning in Bengaluru to lead presales for VAPT, red teaming, DFIR, and managed security services, scoping engagements, and writing proposals with sales and delivery teams.

You will map services to regulatory drivers (RBI, SEBI CSCRF, IRDAI, CERT-In, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), respond to RFPs, package repeatable offerings, and establish credibility with CISOs and security teams by guiding client leadership through methodology and sample

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, including hands-on offensive security or DFIR.
• 4+ years in presales, scoping, or engagement management.
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies (OWASP, PTES, OSSTMM, NIST) and India's regulatory context.
• Proven ability to scope and estimate services engagements.
• Experience writing SOWs and proposals for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Credibility with client CISOs and security teams.

Responsibilities

At @Mitigata, you'll lead presales for our security services — VAPT, red teaming, application & cloud security assessments, incident response (DFIR), and managed security services — scoping engagements accurately, designing the right mix of services for each client's risk and compliance needs, and writing proposals delivery can execute with confidence.

About the role:

You'll own technical presales across web, mobile, API, network, cloud, and infrastructure assessments, red teaming, DFIR retainers, and managed services; run client scoping to define targets, methodology, effort, timelines, and deliverables; build estimates, pricing, SOWs, and proposals with sales and delivery; map services to regulatory drivers (RBI, SEBI CSCRF, IRDAI, CERT-In, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001); respond to RFPs including empanelment/tenders; package repeatable offerings; partner with delivery on scoping accuracy; and walk client security teams and leadership through methodology, sample reports, and findings.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years in cybersecurity — including hands‑on offensive security or DFIR — with 4+ years in presales, scoping, or engagement management
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies (OWASP, PTES, OSSTMM, NIST) and India's regulatory context for security testing
