Job summary

Mitigata is seeking an Associate Director to deliver security tools across multiple domains, leading a team of engineers from deployment through steady-state support and renewals. You will plan deployments, manage changes, and ensure successful go-lives while coordinating with OEMs on licensing and support.

You will own post-deployment health checks, tuning, and SLAs, building runbooks, standard configs, and hardening baselines to deliver robust security outcomes for clients in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security engineering or implementation.
• 4+ years leading delivery / professional services teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of security tools across multiple domains (endpoint, email, identity & PAM, DLP, network, SIEM, cloud).
• Hire, coach and manage implementation engineers; define milestones and go-live criteria.

We're Hiring | Associate Director – Delivery Security Tools

At @Mitigata, you'll lead delivery of the security technologies we deploy for clients — from implementation and integration through steady-state support and renewal — running a team of implementation engineers and making sure every deployment is configured well, adopted, and delivering the protection it was bought for.

About the role

You'll own implementation of security tools across endpoint, email, identity & PAM, DLP, network, SIEM, and cloud security; lead, hire, and develop implementation/support engineers; plan deployments with clear milestones, change management, and go-live criteria across parallel rollouts; coordinate with OEMs and distributors on escalations, licensing, and support; ensure tools integrate with our AI SOC so telemetry flows into monitoring; run post-deployment health checks and tuning; own support SLAs (time-to-go-live, deployment health, resolution times, renewals); and build runbooks, standard configs, and hardening baselines.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in security engineering or implementation, with 4+ years leading delivery / professional services teams
• Experience managing OEM relationships and technical escalations

Nice to have

• OEM certifications from leading security vendors
• Systems integrator or MSSP background
• ITIL or equivalent service management
• Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) and cloud certifications
