Responsibilities

• Developing, managing and delivering research engagements.
• Design out-of-the-box thought processes and analysis framework.
• Work independently and handle client relationships, with a Key Account focus.
• Provide depth of knowledge across industries to help clients seize opportunities.
• Provide strategic inputs to proposals and decline/expand engagements.
• Conduct regular client liaison and meetings to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with US counterparts and global clients on engagements.
• Attend late-evening calls when required (IST) and adapt working hours.
• Lead engagements for global clients across multiple geographies.

• To be responsible for developing, managing and delivering research engagements
• Have the potential to design out of the box thought processes and analysis framework.
• Ability to work independently and do client handling, Key Account Management focus
• Consultant will develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
• Consultant will provide depth of knowledge and experience across all industry to help companies seize opportunities in a world of constant change
• Strategic inputs to proposals.
• Regular Client liasioning, client meetings to expand client base etc.
• Ability to develop a strategic framework
• Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues
• Ability to understand / read business environment and build POVs
• The role will involve regular collaboration and discussions with US counterparts and other global clients.
• On a need basis, the position may require attending late-evening calls (up to 10:00 PM IST); flexibility in working hours will be provided.
