Job summary

Infollion Research Services Limited in Gurugram seeks a seasoned Client Relationship & Projects Manager to lead strategic client engagements across industries. You will build strong client partnerships, oversee research and consulting projects end-to-end, and mentor a 5-10 member team while expanding the expert network.

The role requires deep industry insights, proactive revenue opportunities, and a commitment to high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Preferably in Economics, Marketing or Business).
• Minimum 7-9 years of prior work experience in research and client servicing domain.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of 5-10 people and independently handling client's delivery & TAT.
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities and analytical bend of mind thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients through regular interactions and proactive engagement.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, business priorities, and strategic objectives to provide effective solutions and manage end-to-end project execution.
• Analyse client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of requests through the empanelment of best-fit experts for research and consulting projects.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and relevant news within assigned sectors.
• Anticipate potential client requirements and proactively build a pipeline of suitable experts to support future projects.
• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and learning-oriented team environment.
