Job summary

Feedback Insights in Bengaluru is seeking a results-driven professional to lead B2B CSAT projects from scope to reporting. You will own client interactions, design questionnaires, manage timelines and budgets, and translate analytics into actionable recommendations for clients.

Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to tell a compelling data story are essential to drive project profitability.

Qualifications

• End to end Primary research experience is mandatory (Design, Administration & Analysis).
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Minimum intermediate level).
• Experience in stakeholder engagement studies (CSAT, ESAT, DSAT) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative/qualitative research skills.
• Effective communication and storytelling — ability to simplify data for client audiences.
• Business understanding — sees client's larger business context, not just project scope.
• Customer management — handles difficult client situations and builds relationships.
• Team management and mentoring (basic level — delegation, follow-up, feedback).
• Stakeholder management — comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Collaboration — works well across project teams.
• Planning — manages multiple projects/deliverables in parallel.
