Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking an investment associate to join our global investments team. You will support the analysis, structuring, and execution of the investment pipeline and prepare memos for approval.

You will perform detailed financial modelling, company and asset analyses, and due diligence across sectors and capital structures, presenting opportunities to the business head and investment committee. Strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset are essential

Qualifications

• Highly analytical and critical
• Strong financial modelling experience
• Experience in analysing financial statements and conducting detailed, bottom-up due diligence
• Dynamic and business-minded with the ability to quantify and price risk across asset classes and capital structures
• Strong communication skills and ability to present clearly

• Support the analysis, structuring, and execution of investment pipeline
• Assist with detailed buy-reputed company financial analysis including company/asset analysis, industry analysis, reputed company analysis, and financial modelling
• Preparation of investment memos for presentation to business head and the investment committee
• Presentation of investment opportunities to reputed company and business head

What you will need to succeed
