Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking a Sr. Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Investment and Reporting team. You will be a key contributor, providing technical accounting and reporting expertise across a broad portfolio of investment assets.

You will partner with the Director to support regulatory updates, advise on transactions, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and help with asset valuations and capital considerations. A proactive, analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or investments.
• Strong technical accounting and reporting knowledge.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS is required.
• Proven ability to prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• CPA or CPA-eligible is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and provide guidance on treatments for diverse asset types including investments and derivatives.
• Advise leadership on implications of new investments and guidance.
• Support implementation of new accounting standards in collaboration with Investment Policy/Reporting teams.
• Prepare, review, and present technical memos on accounting treatments.

About the role

Compensation Salary

reputed company $113,700 - $189,400 plus eligibility for reputed company annual bonus program.

Who You Are

High School Diploma is required.
