Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Director Product (Platform) to chart the strategy for the Gravity product line and scale services to millions of users in healthcare. You will build core systems and lead the product team responsible for the platform.

You will own global strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics, mentor PMs, and collaborate with data platforms, ML, and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience including 3 years of product leadership in the B2B tech space.
• Experience leading teams and developing PMs.
• Experience with data platforms and ML problems around data ingestion.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and user-centric design.
• Knowledge of big data, analytics, ML/AI at scale, cloud services, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, UI, and software architecture.
• Growth mindset with pragmatic prioritization.

• We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader as an Associate Director Product (Platform) who can chart out and drive product strategy to scale out our abilities to reach and serve millions of users for one our Product Line (Gravity). Youll build core systems, This is a career-defining opportunity to lead & grow the product team responsible for our core platform. A day in the life at Innovaccer:

• Manage global product strategy, roadmap, and define measurements of success for Healthcare Tech business
• Be consumer obsessed: Understand consumer trends, and behaviors to improve/ pivot our product strategy and offerings; not follow but create new trends to deliver differentiated experiences
• Develop, articulate and create the execution plan for Innovaccers Data Platform product strategy
• In addition, an understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and developer-to-developer (D2D) business models. We might seek candidates with technical backgrounds that began their careers as engineers before transitioning into product management. Incorporates the existing development backlog and makes priorities as determined by the business, consumer, and healthcare market needs.
• Developing frameworks and strategies to analyze competitive landscape, potential data partnerships, and opportunities
• Prioritizing your teams backlog and work across teams to drive features
• Streamlining our operational processes & automating away complexity so we can scale to serve 10x more healthcare customers efficiently
• Designing for further international expansion so that we can more quickly launch in new markets and with new partners

Whats You Need:

• Youre an experienced product leader with a track record of building teams & developing strong PMs
• 8+ years of experience including 3 years of experience in product leadership roles in the B2B tech space
• Having a good experience into team management
• Previous experience in working with data platforms & machine learning problems around Data Ingestion
• Prior experience in developing compelling products with a strong focus on users, and the ability to lead the design and definition of digital/mobile products, services, and features from a strategic, business-driven, and a hands-on perspective
• Knowledge in at least some of the areas including big data technologies, Analytics & ML/AI at Petabyte scale, public cloud services, and cloud native architectures
• Exposure to the breadth of technical experience developing or managing enterprise Systems, Platforms/APIs, User Interfaces, and software architecture. He/she will possess the technical aptitude to work with a world-class engineering team, and the business sense to leverage it to drive product goals and strategies.
• High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization
• Creative thinker with a growth mindset to learn and explore recent areas and recommend new opportunities and solutions
• Knowledge of tech-enabled healthcare solutions and services .
