Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, including providing product vision, strategy development, data-influenced product planning and prioritization
• Top tier MBA India or International; Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer/ B2B2C products
• Bonus: strong understanding of US Healthcare landscape and trends
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Product Management at Innovaccer

We are looking for a Product Manager that is at the forefront of health-tech product innovation and is responsible for all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, product development and operations.

As part of an entrepreneurial, cross-functional and self-sufficient team that directly supports one customer, the Product Manager will focus on technology-driven value creation: deploying and building on top of Innovaccer health cloud platform to tackle critical business problems. You will build long-term solutions that allow the customer to continuously improve themselves and measure success in terms of impact on the customer’s goal, which will vary from one to another.

You will move across different customers and problems to solve and your day-to-day will change month-to-month!, allowing you to rapidly gain deep insights into the complex healthcare industry and offering an opportunity to drive extremely high-impact. All these opportunities make this role extremely exciting, especially for those with a strong entrepreneurial zeal.

About the Role

A Day in the Life

1. Strategic Product Planning:

• Define complex products, consider dependencies, and demonstrate specialized expertise in the field
• Align closely with marketing and business teams to develop and execute effective GTM plans, incorporating insights from market trends and customer behavior research.

2. Product Development:

• Develop sound technical depth, determine proxy metrics in data-light scenarios, guide data-based decision-making, and influence product strategy through data-driven insights
• Conduct large-scale research for existing/new product launches, triage qualitative insights against data, and advocate customer-centric thinking, balancing customer needs with business priorities

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

• Innovate on behalf of customers, handle unmet needs strategically, maintain strong relationships with customer executives, and demonstrate expertise in US Healthcare basics
• Manage execution deadlines for large complex projects, ensuring consistent output and quick wins
• Communicate product vision, use cases, and success attributes clearly to various stakeholders
• Influence Product Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders
• Drive consensus among customers and internal cross-functional teams
• Earn trust for professional interactions within the team and across functions

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in product management, including providing product vision, strategy development, data-influenced product planning and prioritization
• Top tier MBA {India or International); Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer/ B2B2C products
