Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. in Noida seeks a Senior Product Manager - AI to own strategy, development, and evolution of Gravity's AI platform, powering intelligent automation across healthcare workflows.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven capabilities including LLMs, SLMs, ML systems, intelligent workflows, and evaluation frameworks, collaborating with engineering, data science, clinical, and customer-facing teams to enable faster decisions and trustworthy AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including AI/ML products.
• Proven track record shipping AI-powered products in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of LLMs/SLMs, RAG, embeddings, ML pipelines.
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED) preferred.
• Strong ability to write PRDs, technical specs, and product narratives.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with ownership.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager - AI to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of Gravity's AI platform, powering intelligent automation and decision-making across healthcare workflows. This role combines strong technical product leadership, healthcare domain understanding, and hands‑on experience with modern AI systems to build scalable, secure, and production‑grade AI capabilities.

You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for AI‑driven platform capabilities—spanning LLMs, SLMs, ML systems, intelligent workflows, and evaluation frameworks, and work closely with engineering, data science, clinical, and customer‑facing teams. Your work will directly enable faster decisions, reduced administrative burden, and trustworthy AI adoption across healthcare use cases.

Product Strategy & Delivery

• Translate complex requirements into clear, prioritized product roadmaps and execution plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end feature delivery: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and iteration.
• Own backlog grooming and sprint prioritization in partnership with Engineering and Design.
• Drive high-quality UX for AI‑assisted workflows, balancing automation with clarity and control.

AI Platform & Intelligent Workflows

Lead product development for AI‑driven capabilities including:

• LLM- and SLM‑powered reasoning and extraction
• Intelligent task automation and decision support
• Workflow‑driven AI execution with human‑in‑the‑loop controls

Partner with engineering and data science teams to productize:

• Large Language Models (LLMs) for broad reasoning tasks
• Small Language Models (SLMs) for fast, cost‑efficient structured tasks
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for clinical knowledge retrieval
• ML models for classification, prediction, and risk scoring

Trustworthy AI & Evaluation

• Define and maintain an AI evaluation framework covering accuracy, safety, fairness, and reliability.
• Establish governance policies for AI model deployment, monitoring, and version management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA SaMD guidelines) and privacy standards.
• Reduce hallucinations and improve model grounding through systematic prompt and pipeline engineering.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between clinical, engineering, data science, and commercial teams.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable narratives for executive and non‑technical audiences.
• Define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) for all AI platform features and track outcomes post‑launch.
• Gather insights through user research, clinical feedback, and customer conversations.

What You'll Need

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products.
• Proven track record of shipping AI‑powered products in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, embeddings, ML pipelines, and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED) preferred.
• Strong ability to write detailed PRDs, technical specs, and product narratives.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI systems, multi‑step AI pipelines, or autonomous workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling, vector databases, or AI observability platforms.
• Prior experience in clinical decision support, EHR integration, or digital health products.
• Engineering or data science background that enables hands‑on collaboration with technical teams.
