Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking a Software Development Engineer-II (Frontend) to lead and build the UI experience on Gravity AI Studio. You will own the complete UI layer, collaborate with a high-performing team, and solve real customer pain points in a fast-evolving environment that embraces AI tools daily.

This heavy frontend role requires strong JavaScript (ES6+) and React skills, plus experience with Gen AI development tools and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-6 years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI dev tools in a professional setting.
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining customer-facing products in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and building scalable SaaS products.
• Basic to intermediate Python experience for backend development.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development for Gravity AI Studio, converting requirements into production-ready implementations and setting UI guidelines for the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-facing software.
• Leverage Gen AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) as part of your daily development workflow.
