Job summary

Cashfree is seeking a senior HR Operations and Analytics professional to join our team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on transforming HR processes through data-driven insights, dashboards and AI-powered solutions that automate repetitive tasks and improve decision making.

The candidate will combine HR domain expertise with data thinking to design scalable, end-to-end HR solutions and drive excellence across the employee lifecycle in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience across People Operations, HR Operations, HR Analytics, and HR Transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with HR dashboards, reporting and people analytics.
• Experience with HRIS/HR tech platforms and HR data.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with GenAI, automation or AI-powered HR solutions.
• Ability to convert business/HR problems into data, technology or AI-led solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
