Position Title: Associate Director Operations

The Associate Director - Physician RCM will be responsible for leading end-to-end Physician Revenue Cycle Management operations across multiple specialties and clients. The role will oversee Billing, Coding Coordination, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, Credentialing Coordination, Quality, Client Management, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

The incumbent will drive revenue enhancement, operational efficiency, compliance, client satisfaction, team development, and business growth while ensuring achievement of key financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
