Job summary

Birlasoft seeks a seasoned Analyst Relations and research-led marketing professional to support IT services initiatives. You will coordinate with major analyst firms, manage submissions, and support briefings to boost market visibility.

Work with delivery, sales, marketing, and leadership to gather inputs for evaluations and reports, maintain trackers, prepare background notes, and draft communications on analyst recognitions. Location Noida or Pune; on-site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT professional experience with presales or 5+ years in analyst relations, market research, corporate marketing, IT services, or business research.
• Strong understanding of IT services industry including digital transformation, cloud, ERP, data, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and industry verticals.

Responsibilities

• Support Analyst Relations activities with firms such as Gartner, ISG, Everest, HFS, and other relevant analyst organizations.
• Coordinate end-to-end RFI/RFP submissions for analyst studies, including data collection, content consolidation, review cycles, and timely submission.
• Work with delivery, sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to gather inputs for analyst evaluations and market reports.
• Maintain trackers for analyst studies, deadlines, submissions, briefings, awards, and published outcomes.
• Support analyst briefings by preparing background notes, company capability summaries, credentials, and presentation inputs.
• Assist in creating internal and external communication drafts related to analyst recognitions, rankings, reports, and market positioning.
• Support procurement and marketing operations activities related to analyst subscriptions, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Track competitor positioning, analyst report outcomes, and industry trends relevant to IT services.
• Help improve the organizations analyst visibility through structured research inputs, case studies, client references, and evidence-based messaging.
• Managing and upskilling the Global AR team.

The role will involve coordinating with leading analyst firms, managing research submissions, supporting analyst briefings, and enabling market visibility through structured data, content, and stakeholder collaboration.

Desired Skills

• IT professional of minimum 10 years' experience with Presales experience or 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, market research, corporate marketing, IT services, or business research.
• Good understanding of the IT services industry, including digital transformation, cloud, ERP, data, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and industry verticals like Manufacturing, Life Sciences, BFSI
• Strong written communication and content consolidation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and multiple internal teams.
• Good research, documentation, and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple analyst submissions in parallel.
• Experience working with analyst firms or industry research reports will be an added advantage.

Role Expectation

The person should be able to manage research submissions independently, coordinate with internal stakeholders, maintain analyst engagement trackers, and support leadership with timely, accurate, and professional analyst relations inputs.
