About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership opportunity within the Finance and Accounts function, responsible for managing multiple teams or a large portfolio, strengthening senior-level client relationships, driving operational excellence, managing risks and transitions, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management and Business Growth:

• Build and strengthen senior-level client relationships.
• Manage escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive contract renewals, SOW reviews and revenue realization.
• Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure delivery meets or exceeds agreed SLAs and client requirements.
• Lead smooth transitions, knowledge transfer and business continuity.
• Monitor process performance, controls and project profitability.

Process Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and deliver measurable benefits.
• Implement best practices across processes and teams.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Identify and nurture future leaders.
• Support hiring and team scalability.
• Drive employee engagement and development initiatives.

Financial and Performance Management:

• Monitor project margins, billing and overall financial performance.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue realization.

What We are Looking For:

• 12 to 17 years of experience in client relationship management, project delivery and team leadership.
• Strong experience in Finance and Accounts, BPM, shared services or client-facing operations.
• Excellent client engagement and escalation management skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of process improvement, cost optimization and financial performance.
• Experience in mentoring, hiring and developing teams.
• Exposure to Power BI, CRM systems and project management tools is an advantage.
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management would be preferred.
