• Track SOW, invoices, renewals, COLA cycles, and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

Stakeholder Coordination (Internal & External)

• Partner with BU PMOs and customer supplier stakeholders to drive actions, alignment, and closure.

Governance Execution

• Prepare governance packs and track actions through to completion.
• Maintain a unified tracker across financials, contracts, actions, and milestones.

Demand & Visibility Management

• Support tracking of demand requests, capacity visibility, and account-level insights.
• Strong coordination and execution discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Understanding of financial and contract lifecycle tracking.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools to:
• Improve reporting efficiency.
• Generate insights from fragmented data.
