Associate Director / Director - HR Operations

What does this role hold for you…??

As incumbent to this role, one would manage the following activities:

1. Employee Lifecycle & Data Management

• Ensuring error-free and smooth employee cycle management (pre-hiring operations till joining and exit).
• Managing employee data in physical and electronic forms (HRIS).
• Conducting regular data reviews to ensure data integrity.
• Payroll & Exit Management: Ensuring timely, error-free salary and F&F payouts for all employees.
• Processing relieving documents and following up to close recovery cases.

1. HR Budgets & Manpower Planning

• Preparing HR budgets at the start of the financial year.
• Coordinating with finance on approved budgets.
• Conducting periodic budget reconciliations and monitoring costs.

1. MIS Reports

• Providing accurate, error-free reports (e.g., headcount reports).
• Managing new MIS requirements.
• Automating MIS and creating dashboards for insights.

1. HR Automation

• Acting as SPOC for HR-Technology liaison to automate manual processes.
• Sharing development needs, testing scenarios, and ensuring timely releases.
• Communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Reducing processing times through technology.

1. HR Audits and Employee Benefits & Retirements

• Ensuring HR process compliance through audits.
• Processing Mediclaim, PF, and Gratuity payouts accurately and on time.

1. Benefits Portfolio Management

• Managing LTI database, letters, payments, and related MIS.
• Conducting compensation benchmarking and surveys.

1. People Management

• Managing appraisals and annual reviews.
• Championing employee experience to foster engagement.
