Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Director for Capital Markets to identify and manage opportunities across North India. The role involves leveraging deep real estate expertise to build client relationships, create a robust pipeline, and drive land and financing transactions.

The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years in Real Estate, finance, or banking, with strong negotiation and leadership skills to deliver strategic solutions for clients across the region.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree/CA/MBA in finance with 7–12 years of industry experience, preferably in Real Estate Consulting or banking.
  • Strong client management and business development skills.
  • Expert knowledge of real estate terminologies and valuation approaches.
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and develop strategic solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Business development for Land and Financing transactions in the North India region.
  • Generate leads for a robust pipeline including land supply and fund-raise assignments.
  • Generate revenues for the responsible territory.
  • Build leads through networking with real estate developers, HNIs, family offices, and financial institutions/funds.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with all state real estate agency requirements and corporate policies.

Job Description

Hiring for an experienced and resourceful Real Estate Professional, to identify, create and manage opportunities with clients across North India region. An ideal candidate with a solid track record in Land and/or Corporate Finance for Real Estate with an acumen to solution and service clients creating long-term valuable associations for the firm.

The role requires understanding of the industry & market trends, building key client relationships, increased market outreach and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business development for Land and Financing transactions in the region.
  • Generating Leads for creation of meaningful business pipeline including land supply and fund raise assignment/s in the geography.
  • Generate revenues for the responsible territory.
  • Build leads through networking with real estate developers, High net worth Individuals, Family offices, and financial institution/ funds..
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure successful and timely completion of assignments.
  • Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.

  • Strong client management and business development skills.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups.
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action.
Financial Knowledge
  • Requires expert knowledge of real estate terminologies and understanding of approaches to value the real estate assets.
Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
  • Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for clients
Other
  • Established network of real estate developers, HNI’s, and/ or financial institutions
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Master’s Degree/ CA/ MBA in finance with 7 - 12 years of industry experience preferably in Real Estate Consulting/banking industry.
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business, build client relationships with Executive Leadership and meet business revenues targeted.
