Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru seeks an experienced professional to lead Lender’s Independent Engineer (LIE), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), and Project Investment Risk Monitoring for real estate projects. You will evaluate feasibility, construction progress, financial performance, and investment risks to support lending and investment decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, project finance knowledge, and ability to manage multiple engagements with regulators and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5 yrs of strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex business and financial data.
• Proven experience in Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Lender’s Independent Engineer (LIE), project monitoring, or real estate advisory.
• Sound understanding of project finance, cost estimation, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and investment risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and EHS standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using project and financial reporting tools.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
