Job summary

Randstad Global Capability Center Private Limited seeks a senior accounting leader to oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and internal controls across the organization. You will guide the accounting team, ensure accuracy of statements, and interact with senior management.

The role requires strategic insight, ability to drive process improvements, manage compliance with tax and regulatory standards, and lead a high-performing team to deliver timely, reliable financial results.

• Oversees the month-end closing procedures for the organization, including preparation, review and posting of account entries. Ensures financial accuracy and compliance in the preparation of income and balance sheet statements, reconciliation of corporate general ledger accounts, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports. Addresses complex accounting issues and may provide input on improving closing processes
• Leads the review of account analysis in terms of how they relate to operating results and the balance sheet in order to understand variances in financial statements. Provides insights and recommendations based on the analysis to improve financial performance. Develops and monitors the financial statement
• Oversees processes supporting financial reporting and ensures maintenance of general ledger system. Presents other monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management and gathers their input to carve out action plans for future financial reporting
• Provides strategic guidance to Accounting colleagues with regard to complex and sensitive accounting issues
• Oversees compliance with internal control requirements and external auditors. Leads the review of request lists and audit deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality of the final deliverables
• Leads the implementation of procedures and practices across the organization to ensure adherence to policies, in particular on Accounting, Tax and Regulatory standards
• Responsible for performance management, development and engagement of team members.
