Job summary

ManageArtworks is seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist to lead client onboarding journeys, gather requirements, configure the SaaS platform, and support go-live. You will serve as the main client contact during implementation, translating business needs into system configurations and collaborating with Product Development and QA to ensure successful delivery.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, including kick-off, requirement gathering, configuration, and golive support
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during product implementation
• Understand customer business processes and translate them into product configurations or custom solutions
• Perform system configurations, workflow setup, and basic custom development only when required
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development & QA) to deliver customer requirements
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to customers
• Ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones and manage customer expectations effectively
• Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions during onboarding
• Maintain documentation for requirements, configurations, and deployment activities.

Requirements
