Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a System Analyst for our technology-driven team at Amgen India DTI. You will lead the implementation of artwork management (ESKO) into the existing ecosystem with VEEVA, SAP, EDF, and integrations via Workato and Databricks, using Tableau for analytics.

You will drive end-to-end IT services, manage multiple platforms, follow Agile/Scrum practices, collaborate with global teams, and develop the roadmap, documentation, and risk management to ensure ROI on investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain technology/IT.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe practices.
• Familiarity with Databricks, SQL and Python for data analytics.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a technology-driven industry. You will be responsible for the implementation of artwork management system, ESKO, into the existing Amgen eco-system with applications like VEEVA, SAP, EDF and integrations through Workato and Databricks while leveraging Tableau for analytics and reporting purposes. By collaborating across different Business and DTI teams you will support the development of a vision for how technology can be leveraged to solve critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure to improve the ROI of investments made. As a successful System Analyst, you will lead the overall operation of development, maintenance, and support of the required IS services and you will develop strong domain knowledge in the assigned area. Manage a suite of custom internal platforms, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, and systems integrations.

The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and a technical background in the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a strong passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that clearly outlines the planned features and enhancements, timelines, and milestones
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations.
• Partner and ensure alignment of the Amgen India DTI site leadership and follow global standards and practices.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the systems, including technological risks, scientific validation, and user acceptance
• Ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes in solution documentation, workflows, and system configurations to ensure comprehensive understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations
• Be a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnering with business stakeholders
• Partner with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team in defining Technical User Stories, Partners with Product Owner to identify and prioritize enabler work

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT or related field

Professional Certifications :
