Job summary

R for Rabbit is seeking a Junior Fashion Designer with 3–4 years of experience in apparel design, preferably kidswear. The candidate will research trends, create mood boards, develop sketches and tech packs, and coordinate with merchandising teams to deliver seasonal collections.

Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Clo3d, Canva, and Microsoft Office is required, along with strong time management and communication abilities to drive design concepts from idea to production.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in fashion/apparel design (Kidswear experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Clo3d, Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Strong creative thinking with a keen eye for innovation, color, silhouette, and detailing.

• Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design from reputed institutes such as National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), National Institute of Design (NID), Pearl Academy, International Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD), or other recognized fashion institutes
