Job summary

OUTCAST is looking for a Fashion Designer Intern to join our design team in Noida for a 3-month internship. You will assist with day-to-day design activities, sampling, product development, and coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate is a fresher or final-year fashion design student, creative and detail-oriented, eager to learn the complete product development process.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field (NIFT preferred).
• Basic understanding of fashion design and garment construction.
• Portfolio is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the design team in developing new styles and collections.
• Support the Merchant/Design team in day-to-day tasks and product development.
• Assist in preparing design references, mood boards, sketches, and presentations.
• Coordinate and follow up on sampling and sample revisions.
• Assist with fabric, trims, and accessory sourcing.
• Maintain sample records and design/product documentation.
• Coordinate with sampling, production, and other teams for timely execution.
• Participate in fittings, revisions, and sample approvals.
• Conduct basic fashion and trend research.
• Support the team in other design-related activities as required.

About the Role
