RolePurpose

TheAssociate Deal Execution Leadrole is responsible formanaging the deal pursuit processand ensuringa high quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle, for opportunitiestypically$1m -$10mandmainlysingleITOsolution towerbased.They Willusuallyhaveless than 5 years experience,with no advanced level of business knowledge.TheAssociate Deal Execution Leadwillwork across multiple stakeholders, typicallyatlocalSales/Delivery/Account Management levels,knowhow and when to elevatebasicissues,be ableto interact with Client Procurement departments and operate formalprocurementprocesses/portals,toorganize pursuit teams, manage the scheduleand promote productivity and collaboration,understandand reportthe bid budgetandassist inend-to-end tracking of the bid process.Theywill also capture the lessons learned, schedule win/loss review andcreate the case study for reuse in Wipro .

TheAssociate Deal Execution Lead managesthe opportunity pursuit throughout the full sales lifecycle. This includes the deal excellence approval process, coordinating all required internal approvals to progress the deal, identify and onboard/offboardtheresources necessary to pursue the deal while managing the bid budget/investments, collaborate with solution leads and marketing to build winning proposal/orals and create a great customer experience during the sales process.

Develop the overarching workplan across all workstreams, including qualification, proposal development,costing,manage Pricing resources to support the deal,competitive intelligence, solutioning and legal/contract management.

Demonstrate a professional overall approach to all aspects of the role and a desire to progress.

Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders across the sales lifecycle (e.g., win-strategy development, solution review, commercial review)
