Role Overview

As an Associate – Control Tower – Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing bus scheduling, overseeing fleet operations, and making customer-facing decisions. You will serve as the central point of contact during operational contingencies, analyze data to support decision-making, coordinate fleet launches with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to improving operational processes through structured workflows and the effective use of AI-powered productivity tools.

Role Responsibilities

Bus Scheduling & Fleet Operations

• Manage and modify bus schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
• Centrally oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cityflo fleet.

Customer Experience

• Make operational decisions that directly impact customers and ensure timely communication.
• Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as the central point of contact during operational contingencies.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams to resolve issues promptly.

Data Analysis & Decision Making

• Fetch, analyze, and interpret operational data.
• Generate actionable insights to support business and operational decisions.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate fleet launches with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of operational initiatives.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement efficient workflows.
