FlixBus India is hiring a Project Management Associate — Operations in Gurugram on a contractual basis. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive closure of compliance and operational actions, and maintain trackers and status reports to govern safety programs.

You will analyze data to surface trends, escalate overdue actions, and support governance across Safety, Fleet, Regional Operations, and external stakeholders.

Project Management Associate — Operations (Contractual, Gurugram). Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely closure of compliance and operational action items, maintain trackers and status reports, and support governance of safety and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional and field teams to drive timely closure of action items.


• Track compliance against defined processes and proactively highlight gaps or delays.


• Analyse operational and compliance data across multiple datasets to identify trends and perform root-cause analysis.


• Maintain trackers and status reports for ongoing initiatives.


• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and adherence to timelines.


• Escalate overdue actions and unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, program management, compliance, or project coordination.


• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.


• High ownership and follow-through; ability to close loops and hold others accountable.


• Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI, plus solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.


• Ability to manage multiple trackers simultaneously and stay organised under competing priorities.


• Data-driven problem solving with strong analytical skills and experience conducting deep dives and RCAs.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.


• Knowledge of or hands-on experience with vibe coding and AI tools to automate processes and develop solutions.

Location & Work Model

• Based in Gurugram, India. Hybrid work model: 5-day work week with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
