Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Mainframe Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL and VSAM. The role requires strong batch and online skills, ability to perform impact analyses, and familiarity with SDLC and SIT/UAT defect fixes. Rexx/CLIST knowledge is a plus.

The position is based in Chennai, with other Indian delivery locations including Mumbai and Bengaluru. Immediate to 30 days notice period applies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Core Mainframe Skills – COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM.
• Rexx and CLIST knowledge will be added advantage.
• Mainframe experience with hands-on knowledge in Batch as well as online is Must.
• Should be able to perform impact analysis and understand technical design.
• Should have experience on working on Enhancement projects and fair knowledge of SDLC process.
• SIT/UAT defect analysis and fix the same. Agile methodologies awareness.
