Job summary

Atos SE invites seasoned mainframe professionals to join a team focused on re-hosting and migration projects using Raincode. The role requires extensive COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCL/VSAM/IMS experience and hands-on batch and online processing to ensure seamless transitions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in core mainframe technologies, capabilities in Raincode migrations, and a strong SDLC background to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Core Mainframe skills (COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB/DC).
• Hands-on mainframe experience with batch and online processing.
• Experience with Raincode/microfocus platform for re-hosting/migration.

Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai
Notice Period: Immediate to maximum 30 days

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Skills & Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in Core Mainframe Skills – COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM,IMS DB/DC,CICS.
• Mainframe experience with hands-on knowledge in Batch as well as online is Must
• Nice to have IMS DB/DC, Easytrieve, Assembler and Datacom.
• REXX and CLIST knowledge will be added advantage.
• Should have experience working in mainframe re-hosting/migration projects to Raincode/microfocus platform.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience in Raincode platform to make code changes,compile,debug and unit-test batch and online.
• Should be able to perform impact analysis and understand technical design.
• Should have experience on working on Enhancement projects and fair knowledge of SDLC process.
• Perform SIT/UAT defect analysis and fix the same.
• Should be aware of Agile methodologies
• Telecom domain knowledge is added advantage.
• Should have ability to work independently
