Job summary

Mettler Toledo Llc in Mumbai, India is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to handle international cash collections from a shared services center. You will contact customers by phone and email to resolve outstanding invoices and ensure timely cash flow under agreed SLAs.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience in international customer service, SAP knowledge preferred, and strong telephonic and English communication skills, with a focus on productivity and process

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in international customer service, preferably cash collections.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent telephonic skills and clear communication.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Resolve outstanding invoices by contacting customers via calls and emails.
• Control overdue ageing and ensure timely inflow of cash within payment terms.
• Send reminders to customers to avoid delays and resolve unapplied credits with US customers.
• Collaborate with collections and cash application teams to meet SLAs.
• Maintain regular communication with Business Unit personnel to resolve issues promptly.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolving Outstanding Invoices in accounts receivables by contacting customer through Calls/ Emails from shared services center in India.
• Control overdue ageing of outstanding invoices.
• Ensuring smooth inflow of cash within payment terms.
• Sending reminders to customer to avoid payment delays.
• Resolving unapplied credit items on US customer's account by contacting customer via phone/ email.
• Ensuring monthly progress by resolving substantial amount.
• Collaborating with collection and cash application team as per requirement.
• Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time
• Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
• Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.

Shift Timings: 5:30pm - 2:30am

What You Need to Succeed

Technical Skills

• 3-4 years' experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections.
• SAP knowledge will be preferred.
• Telephonic skills should be excellent

Soft Skills

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes
