Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO in Mumbai is seeking a back-office professional to support lead creation, account creation and contact entry, and to follow up with customers for invoices, statements of accounts and purchase orders.

This role follows a morning shift from 9am to 6pm, offering the chance to collaborate with global teams within a renowned, precision-focused company.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate or postgraduate with first class grade.
• Experience in back-office processes and customer invoicing support is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP CRM is preferred.

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualifications

Commerce graduate or postgraduate with first class grade

Technical Skills

Up to 1 year work experience in back-office process

SAP CRM knowledge preferable
