Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst with 0-3 years of experience to ensure accurate, timely invoicing for client services. You will collaborate with operations, sales, and finance to validate billing data and maintain billing integrity across systems.

Responsibilities include generating invoices, managing weekly and monthly billing cycles, and handling adjustments or credits as needed, in alignment with client contracts and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Billing Operations / Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Strong numerical and data accuracy skills.
