Responsibilities

• Process patient billing and generate invoices for OPD, IPD, and diagnostic services.
• Verify charges, service records, and insurance eligibility before invoicing.
• Prepare receipts and payment documentation; handle various payment modes.
• Coordinate with TPA/insurance providers for claim processing.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to patient queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate billing records and assist with revenue cycle tasks.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, and front office teams as needed.
• Prepare daily billing reports and cash reconciliation statements.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and regulatory standards.
• Support internal audits and revenue management activities.
