Job summary

Puma in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate for B2B logistics to own end-to-end appointment delivery management for online customers. You will drive transportation performance and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries and SLA adherence.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in transportation and warehouse operations, familiarity with SAP and WMS, and strong Excel and analytical skills. Office-based role in Bangalore area.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in transportation and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Excel skills for handling large data sets.
• Good analytical skills to interpret reports and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end appointment delivery management for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and transporters for stock prioritization and delivery.
• Coordinate with pan-India 3PL partners for online order processing and transportation management.
• Manage transporter SLAs and 3PL KPIs.
• Own online transportation P&L and related decisions.
• Handle peak periods with agility and ensure timely POD reconciliation.
• Prepare daily online reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to online marketplace guidelines and SOPs as required.

Location: Bangalore Warehouse Attibele

Position Summary:

To own end-to-end appointment delivery management and drive transportation performance for assigned Online B2B customers.

Key Objectives:

• End-to-end appointment delivery management of assigned customers
• Vendor and transporter management coordination with 3PL partners for stock prioritization and delivery
• Coordination with pan-India 3PL partners for online order processing and transportation management.
• Transporter SLA and 3PL KPI management
• Online transportation P&L ownership
• Handling critical business periods with agility (peak season, high-volume events)
• Post-delivery POD reconciliation and discrepancy management
• Daily online reports preparation and communication with stakeholder.\
• Ensuring adherence to online customer/marketplace guidelines; SOP preparation as required

Key Performance Indicators:

• Stock ageing with transporters
• Discrepancy closure within 7 days
• 100% Appointment adherence
• Daily MIS tracker for appointment report
• Transportation P&L performance
• 3PL/Transporter SLA adherence

Organizational relationships:

Close coordination required with all departments of the company.

• Internal: Sales team, 3PL, Partner
• External: Online Channel Partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.), Transporters

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:

• 2-5 years' experience
