Job summary

HSBC seeks an Regional Enterprise Lead (Asst Manager) to oversee end-to-end B2B operations, including order processing, fulfilment, stock accuracy, and customer service from Bangalore with planned later relocation to Hyderabad. You will drive OTIF, coordinate across warehouses and planning teams, and enhance customer engagement for enterprise accounts.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of warehouse/transport operations, and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

• Timely resolution of customer complaints and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Transportation and Planning teams.
• Prioritize production with manufacturing units per business needs.
• Bridge the gap with Enterprise customers to build loyalty and retention.

Role Summary

Regional Enterprise lead (Asst Manager) is responsible for managing end-to-end B2B operations including order processing and fulfilment, stock availability and customer services.

Roles And Responsibility

• Monitor end-to-end Enterprise orders fulfilment to ensure accuracy and timely completeness.


• Responsible for maintaining the MSL(minimum stock level) at respective regional DCs in coordination with planning team.


• Ensure product range availability in regional DC's.


• Responsible for driving the OTIF and drive for improvement.


• Timely resolution of customer complaints and discrepancies.


• Coordinate with Warehouse/Transportation/Planning team to resolve customer/sales queries.


• Co-ordinate with manufacturing units to prioritize the production as per business requirement


• Experience in processing orders for variety of products in a timely and accurate manner


• Bridge the gap between company and Enterprise customers (DP) by focusing on building loyalty and resolving issues. Improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
