Job summary

Healthium Medtech in Kolkata seeks a dynamic sales leader to develop and lead all sales and growth strategies for the territory. You will generate new revenue opportunities while managing existing accounts to meet annual plans and objectives.

You will build trusted, consultative relationships with customers, act as a solutions provider, and close high-level executive deals in the Endo Surgery market. Self-motivated, you will grow the business through strategic partnerships across the product

• Independent and has an ability to develop relationships with customer develop a business relationship.
• Responsible for being a solutions provider through establishing trust with customers and ongoing relationships in a consultative atmosphere.
• Able to have a pulse on the medical device and complex Endo Surgery market to assess, negotiate and close high-level executive deals.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast growing Endo Surgery market, where you have the ability to grow the business through selling strategic partnerships across the entire product range.
• Maintain a pipeline of new opportunities sufficient at all times to meet revenue goal.
