Role Purpose

• As a Strategic & Transformation Associate, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and optimizing operational processes within the organization. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to analyse business performance, develop strategic recommendations, and implement operational improvements. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively to drive business success.

Key Accountabilities

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to support strategic decision-making.
• Strategy Development: Assist in developing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategy formulation.
• Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and optimize resource utilization across departments. Implement operational best practices and recommend changes to improve overall performance.
• Project Management: Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution and delivery of key milestones. Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Financial Modelling: Support financial analysis and modelling activities to evaluate business performance, assess investment opportunities, and forecast future trends. Develop financial reports and presentations.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance. Monitor KPIs regularly, analyse variances, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and project teams. Communicate effectively to convey complex ideas and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Change Management: Support change management initiatives by identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and facilitating smooth transitions during process changes or organizational improvements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, HR, and IT, to align strategy. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment to achieve shared goals.

Technical/Functional Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of business strategy frameworks, process improvement methodologies, and change management.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA 2026 pass-out from a Tier-1 Business School.
• Specialization in Analytics (Major or Minor) and/or Marketing.
• Consistent academic performance with 60% or above throughout academics.
• Strong business acumen, analytical orientation, and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to join immediately.

Qualification

• Graduate with MBA from a Tier-1 reputed institute (Mandatory)
