Formación

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
• Manage the check-in/check-out process to minimize waiting times.
• Handle inbound phone calls and route inquiries to the correct departments.
• Guide patients through their visit, explaining steps, paperwork, and hospital layouts.
• Address and resolve patient grievances or concerns immediately with empathy.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to provide updates on delays or scheduling changes.
• Register patient information accurately in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Collect and log patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, safe, and welcoming at all times.
