DHL Global Forwarding in Mumbai is seeking an Associate to join its Global Shared Services Team (GSC) at DGFF. You will handle data entry, document management, shipment detail processing and invoice declarations while providing global customer support across regions.

The role offers exposure to ERP systems and MS Office, with open shifts 24/7. A background in BPO or logistics and a bachelor’s degree are preferred as you drive accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic logistics environment.

Formación

• 0–3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain.
• Good knowledge in MS office.
• Effective English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Good logical reasoning skills.
• High level of customer centricity.
• Bachelor's degree any.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
• Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.

We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide best-in‑class service within the operation service lines, supporting our DGFF regions and countries across the globe. The role will involve comprehensive training to proficiently perform a range of activities, including file opening, document management, supporting shipment details, processing entries such as registration and invoice declaration, managing invoice and costing, handling data validation and enrichment, and offering global customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
