Job summary

TBZ - The Original in Lucknow is seeking a customer-focused Showroom Associate to welcome customers, assist with jewelry selection, and explain designs, materials, pricing and offers. You will maintain displays, ensure a neat showroom, and coordinate with the team to meet sales targets.

The role requires strong communication in English and the local language, basic numeracy for billing, and a professional demeanour.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Role Description

The Associate role at TBZ - The Original is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Associate will support customers on the showroom floor, assist with jewelry selection, and provide detailed information about designs, materials, pricing, and offers. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is organized and presentable, and coordinating with team members to meet sales and service goals. The role involves processing sales transactions accurately, handling customer queries and concerns, and following company policies on documentation, billing, and security. The Associate will also assist with inventory checks, participate in promotional activities, and uphold TBZ - The Original’s standards for customer experience and brand representation.

Qualifications
