The candidate should have jewellery retail sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a professional appearance to engage premium customers. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Good understanding of jewellery products, gemstones, precious metals, and current market trends.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to build trust with premium customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as per retail business requirements.

• Support promotional events, exhibitions, and festive sales campaigns.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
