Role Overview

Assistant Project Manager role is to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from concept to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with the project manager, design team, clients, and contractors to facilitate seamless project workflows and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to the implementation framework, ensuring effective project management for corporate interior fit‑out projects.
• Perform necessary checks to ensure that all criteria for project control and project management are met.
• Oversee the design and site deliverables within your delegated responsibilities.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and promoting collaboration among all project stakeholders.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in negotiations and coordination with vendors and business partners throughout the project's duration.
• Prepare formal project progress reports for both the client and the company, in alignment with established guidelines.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the building construction industry.
• Diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the various trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit‑outs.
• Tech‑savvy with a proven track record of successfully adopting digital tools and technology initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, consistently delivering high‑quality results without compromising customer satisfaction.
• Capacity to work well under pressure and operate independently with minimal supervision.
