• Usage Tracking: Perform "Plan vs. Actual" tracking for material usage; investigate shortages and develop action plans.
• Plant Interface: Coordinate with plants for trial runs and commercial scaling of new products.
• Compliance: Ensure all development processes align with FSMS knowledge and ERP documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Tech/ M.Sc in Food Technology.
