Job summary

Microgene Diagnostic Systems is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize processes, and lead a team to meet productivity and customer service goals.

You will develop handling and storage workflows, coordinate inventory, equipment layouts, and shipping methods; train staff; and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Supervise, organize and train warehouse employees and establish operating goals.
• Develop systems for product handling, storage, inventory, gate processes and shipping methods.
• Train and manage the warehouse team to handle day-to-day issues and meet performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling inventory and logistics.
• Review workflows, staffing, space allocations, equipment layouts and action plans for productivity and quality.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and complying with regulations.

• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
