Job summary

FW FUTURESWINGS PRODUCTS & SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to oversee warehouse and inventory management, optimize supply chain, and implement material management best practices within the program.

The role includes input on policies and procedures, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, stock adjustments, CAPA implementation, and coordination of packaging and labeling to ensure exemplary internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

• Oversee warehouse and inventory management and implement best practices.
• Manage cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and perform stock adjustments in BPCS.
• Coordinate packaging and labeling processes to satisfy internal and external customer service.
• Prepare procedures and distribution risk assessments.
• Payroll, day-to-day operations, and escalation in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide input for development of policies and procedures to assure efficient operation.
• Maintain inventory via cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and adjust stock.
• Implement Quality and EHS CAPAs.
• Write/update procedures and distribution risk assessments.

Job description

Warehouse assistant manager provides oversight for warehouse and inventory management, supply chain optimization, implementation of material management best practices, and change management within the program

• Provides input for the development policies and procedures to assure efficient operation of designated areas
• Managing the inventory in the warehouse by completing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, performing stock adjustments and stock transfers in BPCS and participating in the MRB working party
• Implement Quality and EHS CAPAs
• Write/update procedures
• Write/update Distribution Risk Assessments
• General administration for the warehouse
• Responsibility for the payroll, day to day operations and escalation of issues in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
• Present a professional image in appearance, words and action
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with constant shifting priorities
• Coordinate activities of associates in the packaging and labeling processes in an effective and efficient manner to satisfy internal and external customer service
