The ideal candidate has deep expertise in commercial interiors, turnkey execution, and budgeting, with a track record of managing complex programs from design through handover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project/operations management in commercial interior fit-outs.
• Background in turnkey execution for offices, coworking spaces, retail, or institutional clients
• Strong knowledge of on-site execution, vendor management, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects from client handover to site completion and sign-off.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage all site operations, monitor daily progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
• Build and manage relationships with reliable contractors, MEP consultants, and third-party service providers.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams (design, planning, procurement) and on-site stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site reviews and enforce accountability with contractors and vendors.
• Serve as the primary execution lead for client interactions during the delivery phase.
• Provide timely project updates, manage client expectations, and handle escalations proactively.
