Qualifikationen

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in motor insurance, preferably in OEM or broker management.
• Proven track record in managing partnerships, driving business growth.

Aufgaben

• Drive OEM and broker channels to achieve GWP and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEM partners and brokers.
• Engage with broker , OEM dealerships to Identify new opportunities for business collaboration
• Track and analyze OEM and broker performance metrics
• Work closely with internal teams such as Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, and Technology to support business objectives.
• Ensure timely resolution of OEM escalations by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Lead the development and implementation of new processes for OEM and broker engagement, onboarding, and service delivery.
