Job summary

Upraisal People Productivity Performance — Best executive search firm is seeking an AVP / GM – Performance Marketing in Mumbai. This role leads the performance marketing and digital acquisition engine with direct ownership of media budgets, customer acquisition, ROAS and conversions both online and offline.

You will own paid media strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube and marketplaces, drive CPA/ROAS targets, build always-on and seasonal campaigns, and lead attribution, tracking and analytics.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of performance marketing experience with ₹10 Cr+ annual budgets.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and marketplace advertising.
• Experience in luxury/retail/high-consideration categories preferred.
• Strong attribution, conversion tracking and marketing analytics.
• Comfort with SQL/data analytics tools.
• Data-driven, commercially focused and experiment-oriented.

About the Role

• Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking and marketing analytics.
