Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Head of Interior Design to define and execute a strategic design vision across premium residential, commercial, and luxury developments. Lead a multidisciplinary team, drive design standards, and collaborate with Architecture, Planning, Projects, MEP, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and CRM to deliver exceptional spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 18–25+ years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Design Management, and Project Delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or luxury developments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive interior design vision and standards.
• Establish design guidelines, quality benchmarks, and best practices across projects.
• Lead the design function from concept to project handover.
• Review and approve design submissions, layouts, material specifications, and design standards.
• Ensure consistency of design language across all developments.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Planning, Projects, MEP, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams.
• Drive design feasibility, value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones and project execution requirements.
• Lead interactions with architects, interior consultants, international design firms, and specialists.
• Manage consultant appointments, design contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Present design concepts and project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, materials, and customer preferences.
• Benchmark projects against national and international best practices.
• Drive innovation in luxury living, customer experience, amenities, and interior environments.

We are seeking an accomplished Head – Interior Design to lead the design vision, strategy, and execution of our premium real estate developments. This is a leadership role for a seasoned design professional who can drive excellence across concept development, design management, stakeholder coordination, project execution, and customer experience.

About the Role

As the Interior Design Head, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the interior design strategy across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and luxury developments. You will lead a multidisciplinary team while ensuring that every project delivers exceptional design quality, functionality, innovation, and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and drive the organization's Interior Design vision and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Master's Degree in Design, Architecture, Project Management, or MBA preferred.
• 18–25+ years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Design Management, and Project Delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or luxury developments.
• Strong exposure to reputed Developers, Real Estate Companies, Design Consultancies, or PMC organizations.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of design development, tendering, procurement, execution, project controls, and handover processes.
